ER034 - 2011 Connecticut-based black metal band Bitter Peace's debut album, "Glorificus Vis". Violent, elitist black metal with a heavy influence from 90's Swedish black metal. Similar to "Legion-era" Marduk, early Funeral Mist and Triumphator.

This was the project of Lance Gifford, who was known in the black metal tape trading circles worldwide since (at least) the early 1990's and was also the creator / writer for the "Ultima Comporatio" zine. Anyone reading this that might have any issues of Ultima Comporatio - PLEASE contact Gustavo / Elegy Records and we will pay you for scans or the physical magazine(s) themselves!

Sadly, Lance committed suicide in the late 2010's after becoming severely addicted to medication following an accident and decided he'd rather exit this world than live as a junkie. Extremely sad situation and story, but we at Elegy respect his honor and self determination about who he was in this realm.
